Welcome to the first installment of You Asked. Eviti Answers. where we'll respond to some of the most frequently asked questions about the Eviti platform from you and your peers. If you have a question you’d like to see answered, send us a message.

My Treatment Plan Received an Eviti Code. NOW, WHAT?

Congratulations! The treatment plan has been sent to the Health Plan. The payer will make a determination and notify you of their decision.

  • If the treatment plan entered meets evidence-based standards, an automatic Eviti code is issued.
  • If the treatment entered does not receive an automatic Eviti code, it will be reviewed by the Eviti clinical team. During this process, you may be asked to send in medical records or have your provider attend a peer-to-peer call with an Eviti oncologist.
  • Whether the treatment receives an Eviti code or not, our recommendation and the details of the treatment plan are sent to the Health Plan for a determination.

Note: The Eviti support team is unable to provide updates on treatment plans after you receive an Eviti code. Contact the health plan directly for authorization status updates.
