Did you know you can initiate a prior authorization (PA) request without a Key from the pharmacy? It's true—and simple.

Log into your NaviNet account.

Click Workflows and select Drug Authorizations

Click Create New and enter your patient's state, medication name and insurance information. Select the appropriate request and click Start Request

Complete all required fields, then click Send to Plan. We automatically deliver the PA request to your patient's health plan for next steps.
